About the role

Old Mutual is seeking self‑motivated individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our team as Aspiring Financial Advisers. Based in Vanderbijlpark, you will help our customers achieve their long‑term financial goals by understanding their needs and recommending suitable financial solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify customers' financial needs through consultative conversations.
• Provide sound financial advice and recommend appropriate products.
• Develop and implement tailored financial plans.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales data.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with clients.

Required profile

• Completed NQF Level 4 – Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a drive to achieve results.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
