About the role
Old Mutual is looking for self-motivated, dynamic people with an entrepreneurial spirit to join its team as an Aspiring Financial Adviser in Three Rivers / Vereeniging. The role champions valued customers' lifetime goals by identifying their financial needs, giving sound financial advice and recommending and implementing fit-for-purpose financial plans and solutions.
Required profile
- NQF Level 4 qualification, Grade 12 school-leaving certificate, National or Occupational Certificate or equivalent (required)
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial attitude
Required skills
- Consultative selling and strategic selling
- Direct selling and sales data management
- Sales software
- Qualifying prospects, probing questions and customer feedback management
- Oral communication and building customer relationships
