Aspiring Financial Adviser – Rustenburg/Zeerust

About the role

Old Mutual is seeking self‑motivated, dynamic individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our team as Aspiring Financial Advisers. Based in Rustenburg (with coverage of Zeerust), you will help our valued customers achieve their long‑term financial goals by understanding their needs and delivering tailored advice and solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify customers’ financial needs through consultative conversations.
• Provide sound, unbiased financial advice and recommend appropriate products.
• Develop and implement fit‑for‑purpose financial plans.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales data.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with clients.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, dynamic and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Education: NQF Level 4 – Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the financial services sector.

Required skills

• Sales Software (general proficiency).
