Aspiring Financial Adviser – Rustenburg

About the role

We are seeking an aspiring Financial Adviser to join Old Mutual in Rustenburg. The role focuses on helping customers achieve their long‑term financial goals by understanding their needs and delivering tailored advice.

Key responsibilities

• Identify clients’ financial objectives and assess their current situation.
• Provide sound, compliant financial advice and recommend appropriate products.
• Develop and implement “fit‑for‑purpose” financial plans and solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through consultative selling.
• Track sales data and manage client information using the company’s sales software.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, dynamic individual with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Education: NQF Level 4 – Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the financial‑services sector.
