About the role
As an Aspiring Financial Adviser you will champion our customers in achieving their long‑term financial goals. You will identify their needs, provide sound advice and help design and implement fit‑for‑purpose financial plans.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their financial objectives and challenges.
- Provide tailored financial advice and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Develop and implement personalised financial plans.
- Maintain strong, trust‑based relationships through consultative selling and follow‑up.
- Gather and act on customer feedback to continuously improve service quality.
Required profile
- Self‑motivated, dynamic individual with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Matriculation Certificate (Matric) or equivalent.
- Action‑oriented with strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
