About the role
Old Mutual is seeking self‑motivated individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our team as Aspiring Financial Advisers. In this role you will help customers achieve their long‑term financial goals by understanding their needs and delivering tailored advice.
Key responsibilities
- Identify customers' financial needs through consultative conversations.
- Provide sound financial advice and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Develop and implement fit‑for‑purpose financial plans.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales data.
- Build and strengthen long‑term relationships with clients.
Required profile
- Self‑motivated, dynamic and entrepreneurial.
- Strong communication and consultative selling abilities.
- Education: NQF Level 4 – Grade 12, School Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
- Commitment to the Employment Equity Plan of Old Mutual South Africa.
