About the role

Old Mutual is seeking self‑motivated individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our team as Aspiring Financial Advisers. In this full‑time position you will help customers achieve their long‑term financial goals by understanding their needs and recommending suitable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify clients' financial objectives and assess their current situation.
• Provide clear, unbiased financial advice and propose tailored financial plans.
• Implement approved solutions and monitor progress toward client goals.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with customers.

Required profile

• Matriculation Certificate (Matric) or equivalent.
• Strong communication and consultative selling abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a drive to achieve results.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
