About the role

Old Mutual is seeking self‑motivated individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our team as Aspiring Financial Advisers in the Eastern Free‑State region. In this full‑time position you will help customers achieve their long‑term financial goals by understanding their needs and recommending appropriate solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify clients' financial needs through consultative conversations.
• Develop and present tailored financial plans and product recommendations.
• Provide ongoing advice and support to ensure plan implementation.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Build and nurture strong, trust‑based relationships with customers.
