In this entry‑level position you will help valued customers achieve their lifetime financial goals by identifying needs, offering sound advice, and delivering tailored financial plans.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their financial objectives and challenges.
• Provide clear, professional financial advice aligned with customer goals.
• Recommend and implement fit‑for‑purpose financial solutions and plans.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Collaborate with senior advisers and support teams to deliver consistent service.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, dynamic and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong communication and consultative selling abilities.
• Education: NQF Level 4 – Grade 12, school leaving certificate or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and develop within the financial services sector.
