About the role

Old Mutual is seeking self‑motivated, dynamic individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our team as Aspiring Financial Advisers. In this role you will help customers achieve their lifetime financial goals by identifying needs, providing sound advice, and delivering tailored financial plans.

Key responsibilities

• Champion customers by understanding and addressing their financial objectives.
• Identify financial needs through consultative conversations.
• Provide professional financial advice and recommend fit‑for‑purpose solutions.
• Implement approved financial plans and monitor progress.
• Maintain accurate sales data and use sales software to track activities.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, dynamic and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Education: NQF Level 4 – Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Action‑oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
