AI Strategy & Enablement Consultant

About the role

IQbusiness is expanding its Enterprise Modernisation and AI capabilities and seeks an AI Strategy & Enablement Consultant to help clients translate AI potential into practical business opportunities and sustainable adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Demystify AI and Generative AI for clients, delivering clear business‑relevant explanations.
• Facilitate AI opportunity discovery workshops, capture and prioritize use‑cases, and develop use‑case narratives.
• Gather and document business requirements, current‑state and future‑state processes, and translate them into artefacts for solution teams.
• Contribute to AI maturity assessments, strategy development, roadmaps and adoption plans.
• Support responsible AI governance, risk, and change‑management activities.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience in business analysis, management consulting or digital transformation.
• Practical exposure to AI, Generative AI, data or analytics initiatives.
• Proven ability to run stakeholder interviews, workshops and produce clear documentation.
• Strong written communication and presentation skills.

• Microsoft Copilot (enterprise GenAI tool).
