AI Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an AI Engineer to design, build and deploy AI‑powered solutions that deliver tangible business value for a leading financial services group.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop AI‑powered solutions.
• Build and integrate Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions.
• Engineer prompts and AI workflows to improve response quality and business outcomes.
• Integrate AI services with enterprise systems and APIs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and solve business challenges using AI.
• Apply MLOps principles to ensure scalable, reliable, production‑ready AI solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience.
• At least 2 years implementing AI or Generative AI solutions.
• Experience deploying AI solutions within enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of AI governance, security and production deployment practices.
• Proven experience integrating AI capabilities into business applications.
• Experience in Financial Services is highly advantageous.
