About the role
Exxaro Resources Limited is offering a twelve‑month AgriSeta Plant Production Learnership (NQF Level 2) for four qualified candidates from the Gravelotte community. The theoretical component will be delivered in Phalaborwa, and a transport stipend will be provided.
Key responsibilities
- Attend the compulsory assessment session scheduled in Phalaborwa.
- Complete the twelve‑month theoretical training in plant production.
Required profile
- Matric Certificate or higher qualification.
- Numeracy and communication skills at Level 1.
- Pass English as a first or second language.
- Mathematics completed to at least Grade 9.
- Valid South African ID document.
- Proof of residence in Gravelotte or a letter from the Baleype Traditional Leaders Council.
- Submit a CV and a motivation letter.
- Be available to attend the compulsory assessment in Phalaborwa.
- Previous knowledge or experience in the agricultural sector is an advantage.
