Aftermarket Regional Category Manager

About the role
Want to run a category like your own business? Here, the pricing and the profit are yours. Reporting to the Regional Category Leader, you will take full commercial ownership of a product category, set pricing, grow the range and act as the voice of the category with sales teams and key customers.
Key responsibilities
- Manage category sales, margin, product mix and price positioning.
- Develop pricing strategy, new product launch pricing and yearly adjustments.
- Extend the range, build business cases and conduct competitor benchmarking.
- Create growth plans for key customers together with sales leaders.
Required profile
- Degree in Business, Industrial Engineering or related (BSc preferred).
- Fluent English.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in Product or Category Management, preferably in automotive.
- Ability to turn data into pricing decisions, not just reports.
- Willingness to challenge suppliers on cost and customers on value.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel and MS Office.
- Experience with Cognos, SAP and/or Salesforce.
- Knowledge of stage‑gate product development processes.
