After Sales Manager – Mechanisation

About the role

The After Sales Manager – Mechanisation will oversee the entire mechanisation parts and workshop operation, ensuring a sustainable and profitable service for all clients. This full‑time position is based in Bloemfontein and requires strong leadership in a competitive agricultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Financial management of the mechanisation department.
• Personnel management, including recruitment, training and performance monitoring.
• Control and management of administrative processes.
• Driving market‑share growth through customer focus and service excellence.
• Management and maintenance of assets and equipment.
• Inventory management of parts and workshop supplies.

Required profile

• Minimum Grade 12 qualification.
• 4–5 years’ experience in a mechanisation environment.
• Essential experience in parts and/or workshop management.
• Technical background with a valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel.
• Computer literate with good communication skills in Afrikaans and English.
• Strong personnel management, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
