Administrative Assistant – Halloween Event

About the role

Join Zombie Walk as an Administrative Assistant for the Halloween season in Cape Town. You will act as a key administrator and clerk to help deliver one of the city’s top events.

Key responsibilities

• Manage communication channels, serving as the primary receptionist for phone and email inquiries.
• Coordinate schedules and logistical details between team members and external partners.
• Maintain accurate records and perform admin clerk duties, including data entry and event documentation.
• Support the preparation of event materials and administrative reports.
• Provide on‑site assistance during the Halloween event days.
• Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and solve event‑day challenges.

Required profile

• Prior experience in administration, office coordination, or event support (preferred).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer use.
• Ability to work flexible hours in October, including event days.
• Positive attitude and comfort in a fast‑paced environment.
