About the role
The Government Printing Works is advertising two Administration Clerk positions for its printing outsourcing unit in Pretoria. The posts are on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with 37% in lieu of benefits. Applications close 16:00 for walk-ins and 23:59 for online submissions.
Key responsibilities
- Support printing outsourcing activities
- Verify quotes and invoices
- Maintain records
- Coordinate quality inspections and supplier monitoring
Required profile
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Knowledge of supply chain legislation and public service procedures
- A degree, NQF5 contract management certificate and 2 years of supply chain experience are added advantages, not minimum requirements
