About the role

The Accounts Manager will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with a defined portfolio of account customers. Reporting to the Sub‑Depot Manager, the role involves representing the full range of Eazi Access products and services while ensuring customer expectations are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute account plans for assigned customers.
Act as the primary point of contact for the full product portfolio.
Identify growth opportunities and drive sales within the assigned account list.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery aligns with customer needs.
Monitor market trends in the industrial, mining and rental sectors.

Required profile

Grade 12/N3 qualification (recommended).
Degree in Sales, Marketing or related field.
Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including at least 3 years in B2B account management.
Experience in industrial or mining environments is an advantage.
Familiarity with CRM systems and rental industry knowledge is beneficial.
