Account Sales Executive (Sales Closer) - B2B Telesales

About the role

A client of D2B, which runs a digital platform connecting care seekers and UK care agencies with qualified care professionals, is looking for an energetic, target-driven B2B telesales representative based in South Africa. You will pitch staffing and client-generation solutions to UK care homes and agencies, working full-time during UK business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Make daily outbound cold and warm calls to care homes, agency managers and UK care providers
• Find and engage decision-makers in business development, marketing and agency operations
• Qualify prospects, identify their staffing or client-acquisition needs, handle objections and close sales over the phone
• Explain the platform services so qualified prospects become active subscribers
• Track outreach, follow-ups, lead status and conversion metrics in the CRM
• Meet weekly and monthly KPIs on calls made, decisions reached, conversions and revenue

Required profile

• 2+ years of proven B2B telesales, outbound telemarketing or business development experience
• Strong track record of overcoming objections, negotiating and closing deals by phone
• Native-level spoken and written English with a professional tone
• Ability to work full-time hours aligned with UK business hours from South Africa
• Desired but not required: experience selling into UK healthcare, social care or recruitment, and familiarity with direct-response objection handling and consultative selling
