Account Manager - Commercial Office Furniture

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join our Johannesburg team and help bring premium commercial office furniture solutions to life. You will work closely with architects, interior designers, project managers and corporate clients to deliver innovative workplace designs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of B2B clients.
• Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, project managers and corporate clients.
• Identify client requirements and recommend suitable furniture solutions.
• Prepare quotations, product specifications and proposals.
• Oversee projects from order confirmation through delivery and installation.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure successful execution.
• Conduct regular client meetings and site visits.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipelines.
• Identify upsell opportunities and expand existing accounts.
• Develop new business within architecture, design and commercial property sectors.

Required profile

• Proven experience in external B2B sales or account management.
• Strong relationship‑building and negotiation abilities.
• Experience preparing quotations and managing client projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Organised with strong project coordination capabilities.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle for site visits across Gauteng.
