Account Developer

About the role

The Account Developer will join the Coca‑Cola Beverages Africa sales team, managing a defined territory and driving growth of Coca‑Cola ready‑to‑drink brands. This role offers a clear career path toward senior sales leadership, with hands‑on responsibility for customer acquisition and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Own a sales territory and achieve volume and revenue targets.
• Execute frontline sales activities, including product presentations, promotions and order management.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers across the assigned area.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Report sales performance and forecast to the regional sales manager.

Required profile

• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset.
• Willingness to travel within the territory.
• Basic understanding of the beverage market is an advantage.
