80 Hour Service Consultant

About the role

The 80 Hour Service Consultant will educate clients on digital and self‑service solutions, process cash transactions, and perform first‑line device maintenance. Working in the Faerie Glen branch, you will ensure smooth queue flow, support customers with online applications, and maintain cash and ATM operations to meet business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with digital device usage, online applications, and value‑added services.
• Process cash transactions, balance and replenish cash, and manage branch stock such as cards.
• Perform first‑line maintenance on ATMs and self‑service kiosks, including loading cash and handling device issues.
• Educate clients on self‑service features, resolve login problems, and provide statements and documentation.
• Identify sales leads, cross‑sell services, and capture interactions in the client management system.
• Control queuing, prioritize clients with special needs, and ensure secure handling of cash and sensitive documents.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Attention to detail for cash handling, documentation, and device maintenance.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Good communication skills to educate and guide clients through digital solutions.
