45-Hour Shop Assistant – White River Square

About the role

The Crazy Store is looking for a self-motivated person to fill a 45-hour shop assistant vacancy at White River Square. The position offers great growth potential. Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Assist customers with product information, locating items and making purchases.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including shelves, displays and checkout areas.
• Keep merchandise neatly packed, priced and well presented.
• Replenish stock on the shelves and monitor product levels.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Follow store policies, safety procedures and loss-prevention guidelines.
• Support the team with general store duties and ad hoc tasks.

Required profile

• Matric or equivalent qualification.
• Six months of retail experience, which is essential.
• Team player with good communication skills and good customer service.
• Positive attitude.
