About the role

Econofoods, a fast‑growing FMCG retailer specialising in frozen foods, is launching its 2026 Graduate Programme. Graduates will join a vibrant, supportive environment and rotate through key functions such as buying, supply‑chain reporting, logistics, finance, HR, business analysis and marketing. The programme lasts 12 months and offers hands‑on experience in a dynamic industry.

Required profile

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (NQF Level 6/7) in the relevant field for the chosen position
Full‑time availability (Monday‑Friday) and not enrolled in another study programme
Passionate, hardworking and eager to learn and grow within FMCG
Eligibility to work in South Africa

What we offer

12‑month fixed‑term contract
Stipend of R5 500 per month (SETAs stipend for HET degree graduates)
