About the role
Hollard is offering a 12‑month learnership designed to empower unemployed South African youth with a nationally recognised insurance qualification.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in a structured 12‑month insurance learnership programme.
- Complete practical and theoretical learning modules.
- Gain workplace exposure and hands‑on industry experience.
- Engage in interactive learning activities and development opportunities.
- Receive mentorship and guidance from experienced industry professionals.
- Work towards achieving a nationally recognised NQF Level 4 Insurance Qualification.
Required profile
- Completed Matric/Grade 12.
- English pass mark of 60% or higher and proficiency in one other language.
- Mathematics pass mark of 50%.
- Mathematics literacy pass mark of 60% or higher.
