12-Month Graduate Programme in Financial Services

About the role

This is a structured 12‑month graduate development programme for recently qualified BCom graduates who want to build a career in financial services and credit risk management. The programme offers practical workplace experience, exposure to multiple business areas, and ongoing training, coaching and mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities within the allocated department.
• Participate in departmental projects and broader business initiatives.
• Conduct research, collect information and assist with data analysis.
• Prepare reports, presentations and business documentation.
• Support internal and client meetings where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the relevant team.
• Develop an understanding of the company’s products, services, systems and processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute ideas.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver work within agreed deadlines.

Required profile

• Completed BCom degree before the programme commences.
• Strong academic record.
• South African citizenship or legal right to work in South Africa.
• Computer literacy with good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong numerical and analytical ability.
• No previous full‑time work experience required.
