Wealth Planner – Sales & Advice

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Wealth Planner to join Liberty Standard Bank Group in Johannesburg. The role combines sales, client advisory and business development, allowing you to build and manage your own portfolio while benefiting from the support of a large financial services organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business through networking, prospecting, referrals and relationship building.
• Meet with clients to understand their financial needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Build and manage a personal client portfolio, developing long‑term professional relationships.
• Work towards ambitious sales and business targets and grow the practice through consistent development and referrals.
• Maintain FAIS accreditation and stay up‑to‑date with regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Strong sales, business development or entrepreneurial mindset.
• Previous experience in a sales or high‑level customer service environment.
• Confidence and resilience in prospecting and generating new business.
• Motivation by targets, achievement and uncapped earning potential.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
