Warehouse Data Capturer Clerk

About the role

The Warehouse Data Capturer Clerk is responsible for accurately recording inventory movements and maintaining up‑to‑date warehouse records. This role supports the warehouse and production teams by ensuring data integrity and timely reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Capture and update inventory, stock movement, and warehouse records in the ERP system.
• Maintain records of incoming and outgoing garments, fabrics, and accessories.
• Report and resolve stock discrepancies promptly.
• Assist with stock takes, audits, and cycle counts as required.
• Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to ensure accurate data.
• Generate reports on stock levels, movements, and trends for management.

Required profile

• Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Proven experience in data capturing within a warehouse, logistics, or clothing manufacturing environment.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
