About the role
The Trainee Branch Manager (Springbok) position is designed to develop future leaders for our branch network. You will support the planning and organization of medium‑ and long‑term activities, monitor stock levels, and contribute to achieving growth targets while gaining hands‑on experience in profit‑and‑loss responsibility.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and organise medium‑ and long‑term activities of the branch.
- Monitor stock to ensure it meets required levels.
- Ensure set targets are achieved to maintain business growth.
- Manage staff by delegating tasks and allocating resources efficiently.
- Identify and solve problems related to customers, staff, and equipment to maintain high‑quality service standards.
- Take full responsibility for branch success from a profit‑loss perspective.
- Complete the in‑house training programme to enhance personal and professional growth.

- Ability to delegate tasks and allocate resources effectively.
