Talent Acquisition Officer

About the role

TRACKER is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Officer to lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process for its IT & Internet business. The role will ensure the attraction, selection and retention of high‑quality talent while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define job profiles, grading and detailed job descriptions.
• Advertise vacancies on internal and external portals and manage relationships with recruitment agencies.
• Develop and maintain a talent pool of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
• Research and implement new sourcing channels, including professional social media groups and events.
• Screen applicants against equal‑employment criteria, compile long‑lists and conduct interviews following SOPs.
• Coordinate recruitment agency contracts and service level agreements.
• Maintain recruitment data, update organograms and ensure compliance with HR legislation and company policies.
• Provide regular status updates to candidates and hiring managers to improve the hiring experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably within the IT or internet sector.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, equal‑employment planning and HR compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple vacancies and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with HR information systems and recruitment analytics.
