Social Media Manager (Remote Contractor)

About the role

We are seeking a creative, performance‑driven Social Media Manager to shape the online presence of three distinct consumer brands. Working remotely as an independent contractor, you will partner directly with the founder to design and execute content strategies across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

Key responsibilities

• Define editorial direction, tone, formats, and posting cadence for each brand.
• Build and maintain quarterly editorial calendars aligned with campaigns, launches, and events.
• Create and produce reels, carousels, stories, static posts, and copy that drive engagement.
• Coordinate video production with freelancers, perform light editing, and design visuals using Canva or Figma.
• Schedule and publish content, manage community interactions, and nurture partnership opportunities.
• Track weekly KPIs, prepare monthly performance reports, and run A/B tests to optimize results.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of social media management or content creation experience in DTC, e‑commerce, or media.
• Proven portfolio of high‑performing social content with measurable impact.
• Strong storytelling, copywriting, and ability to maintain multiple brand voices.
• Native or bilingual French writing skills are a plus.
