The Shared Beauty Advisor role for Elizabeth Arden at Foschini in Ballito involves delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and managing store stock and visual standards.
Key responsibilities
- Achievement of all store turnover, new accounts & rewards
- Providing excellent customer service
- Stock management and daily stock counts
- Visual merchandising
- Execution of administrative tasks
Required profile
- Beauty‑related qualification (desirable)
- 2‑3 years retail experience
- 1‑2 years cosmetics experience
- Strong interest in retail and the cosmetic field
- Ability to take initiative and be resourceful in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent selling and communication skills
- Demonstrates strategic sales planning and customer value management
- Maintains high attention to detail and strong organisational skills
