About the role
TFG is seeking energetic, fun‑loving seasonal sales associates to join its stores in KwaZulu‑Natal for the festive period. The role is 120 hours of work, focused on delivering an outstanding shopping experience.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador and create an unforgettable shopping experience for customers.
- Exceed customer expectations by identifying and providing the best solutions.
- Track sales performance against targets and actively seek new sales opportunities.
- Sell a diverse product range while staying up‑to‑date with décor and fashion trends.
- Ensure timely replenishment of merchandise to keep the store customer‑ready.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a retail environment.
- Matric certificate (advantageous).
Required skills
- Positive, can‑do attitude.
- South African citizenship.
- Excellent communication and selling skills.
- Passion for retail and fashion (advantageous).
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive under pressure.
- Reliable transport and availability to start immediately.
