SEO/SEM Specialist – Drive Organic Traffic & Paid Campaigns

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven SEO/SEM Specialist to lead our search engine optimization and paid search initiatives. You will shape content strategy, manage link‑building efforts, and run PPC campaigns on Google and Bing to boost organic visibility and maximize ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research, discovery, and expansion to increase organic traffic.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, landing pages, and site architecture for SEO and user experience.
• Perform technical SEO audits (site speed, crawlability, indexing, broken links) and work with developers to implement fixes.
• Launch, monitor, and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to achieve target cost‑per‑acquisition.
• Develop and execute link‑building strategies to improve domain authority.
• Track, report, and analyze performance metrics using GA4, Google Search Console, and other tools.
• Research competitor advertising, keyword tactics, and overall search presence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of proven experience managing successful SEO and PPC campaigns.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and AI‑driven search trends.
• Reliable internet connection with backup power to ensure uninterrupted work.
