Senior Student Advisor – Undergraduate Recruitment

About the role

Take the lead as a Senior Student Advisor – Undergraduate. Our client, based in Pretoria, Gauteng, seeks an experienced and strategic sales professional to drive undergraduate recruitment through presentations, outreach and sales initiatives in a high‑pressure, target‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging presentations at schools and career expos, distribute marketing materials and generate student enquiries.
• Collect school databases and meet monthly outreach targets.
• Make proactive calls, schedule and conduct interviews, follow up on online applications and ensure proof of payment.
• Assist candidates with the online application process, convert interviews into applications and drive fee payments.
• Support campus registration by converting applications into enrolled students.
• Maintain daily reports, update CRM and ensure interview forms and supporting documents are accurate.

Required profile

• National Diploma (NQF6) with 3 years sales experience (preferred) or National Senior Certificate with 5 years sales experience.
• Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle are essential.
