Senior Project Manager - Software Implementation

About the role

Join Vista Group as a Senior Project Manager and take the lead in delivering high-impact software implementation projects. You will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and ensuring exceptional client experiences by managing complex project lifecycles from initiation to successful closure.

Main Missions

• Lead and coordinate multiple software implementation projects, both on-site and client-side, ensuring timely delivery.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including drafting Statements of Work (SoW), risk management, and change control.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders throughout the project duration.
• Plan and manage resources, budgets, and contracts while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as timelines, budgets, and variance.
• Drive continuous improvement by applying standardized methodologies to enhance reusability and efficiency.
