Senior Project Manager – Electrical & Automation

About the role

Greenro Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end electrical and automation projects across multiple industry verticals. You will be responsible for guiding projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring they meet quality, safety, budget, and timeline expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project lifecycle from planning, execution, monitoring, to closure.
• Control project scope, finances, schedules, and quality standards.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, including design, engineering, and plant maintenance.
• Manage contract administration using FIDIC or NEC frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) and a N/Diploma or BSc in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).
• Additional qualification in Project Management is an advantage.
• Project Management accreditation such as SACPCMP or PMP.
• 7‑10 years of experience in industrial project engineering or management.
• At least 5 years of experience in plant maintenance, installations, and design engineering.
• Proven leadership in a Project Management Office (PMO) is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using CAD software.
• Skilled in Microsoft Project for scheduling.
• Knowledge of FIDIC contract management.
• Knowledge of NEC contract management.
