Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex engineering projects from concept to delivery. The role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all contractual and technical requirements while fostering cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Establish governance structures, define scope, and manage schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to meet cost, schedule, and quality targets.
• Drive procurement activities, facilitate gate reviews, and ensure milestone achievement.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, customers, and suppliers.
• Collaborate with engineering, systems, and quality teams to ensure technical solutions meet operational and production standards.
• Oversee project handover, closure, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Bachelor’s preferred).
• At least 6 years of project management experience in technical, multi‑disciplinary environments.
• Formal project management training and proven leadership of teams.
• Experience with aerospace or radar systems projects is highly advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and OfficeTimeline.
• Knowledge of PRINCE2, PMBOK, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience handling engineering data packs, assembly documentation, and test procedures.
• Understanding of project governance, cost control, scheduling, procurement, and reporting processes.
