Senior Multi-Manager Portfolio Manager (Investment)

About the role

The Senior Multi-Manager Portfolio Manager will lead manager research and multi‑manager portfolio construction for our investment team. This hybrid role (three days onsite) offers a clear progression path toward Chief Investment Officer.

Key responsibilities

• Lead qualitative and quantitative research across the firm’s asset‑manager universe, covering balanced, equity, fixed‑income and alternative strategies.
• Produce high‑quality manager research reports, conduct due‑diligence meetings, monitor performance, and maintain a defensible manager rating framework.
• Contribute to portfolio construction, monitor positioning against mandates and benchmarks, and support rebalancing decisions using portfolio models and analytics.
• Prepare and present manager reviews at the Investment Committee and create institutional‑grade client deliverables such as pitches, quarterly reports and advisory outputs.
• Supervise and mentor junior analysts and interns, raising research quality and supporting the evolution of the investment process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Investment Management, Mathematics or a related field.
• 6‑8 years of relevant investment experience with a proven track record in manager research and/or multi‑manager portfolio management.
