About the role
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Account Executive to own the full revenue cycle for a fast‑growing digital marketing agency that serves automotive and medical clients. This autonomous, high‑impact position will drive new business acquisition, shape market expansion, and act as a key growth architect for the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and research high‑potential prospects through multi‑channel outreach, events, and strategic partnerships.
- Own the complete sales lifecycle—from cold outreach and discovery calls to proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
- Conduct deep‑dive discovery calls to uncover pain points and present tailored marketing solutions that deliver measurable ROI.
- Maintain a meticulous pipeline in HubSpot, ensuring accurate forecasting and data integrity.
- Collaborate with the Growth & Revenue Director to align sales tactics with expansion goals.
- Facilitate seamless handoffs to the delivery team, acting as the client’s internal advocate post‑close.
- Build and nurture a network of referral partners and complementary agencies to diversify lead sources.
- Integrate AI tools into the sales workflow to boost productivity and personalise outreach.
Required profile
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience within a digital marketing agency or related professional services.
- Proven track record of full‑cycle sales ownership and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue quotas.
- Strong discovery and value‑based selling skills.
- Advanced proficiency with HubSpot CRM (or equivalent) and disciplined pipeline management.
