Seasonal Maintenance Technician

About the role

Join the Parkbridge team at Rondalyn Camping and RV Resort for a seasonal position that keeps the property safe, attractive, and fully operational from May to October. You will work hands‑on across grounds, buildings, water systems, and pool facilities, ensuring guests enjoy a well‑maintained environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and landscape the resort grounds, including mowing, trimming, and seasonal planting.
• Perform repairs and routine maintenance on all community buildings, equipment, and amenities.
• Provide resident support such as firewood delivery and address service requests.
• Conduct daily water testing, record results, and manage septic system upkeep.
• Maintain pool and spa facilities, ensuring cleanliness and proper operation.
• Monitor health and safety standards for the community and its buildings.
• Communicate regularly with the manager and keep work areas and tools clean.

• Ability to work weekends and adapt to a fast‑paced, outdoor environment.
• Physical stamina for active, hands‑on tasks.
