Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will drive revenue growth for NH Hotels by promoting the brand’s value‑for‑money, central locations and human‑focused service. Reporting to department leadership, you will combine strategic account management with proactive new‑business development to meet financial and non‑financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and articulate NH Hotels’ brand strategy and market positioning.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of NH Hotels’ products, rates and competitor offerings.
• Prioritise existing accounts, monitor performance versus potential and propose improvements.
• Identify and develop new client contacts, estimating revenue opportunities.
• Achieve personal sales targets while collaborating with operational teams.
• Participate in client familiarisation trips, site inspections and sales roadshows.
• Drive upselling and cross‑selling of NH Hotels’ services.
• Prepare accurate management reports and action plans.
• Control costs and follow internal expenditure approval procedures.

Required skills
