Sales Development Representative – Remote (South Africa)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join a fast‑growing UK‑based B2B services company. Working remotely from South Africa, you will focus on outbound lead generation, opening doors for senior closers and directly contributing to revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Research and identify potential clients across target industries such as healthcare and commercial sectors.
• Engage decision‑makers, introduce the company’s services, and qualify leads based on fit criteria.
• Schedule meetings and hand over qualified opportunities to the senior sales team.
• Maintain accurate interaction records in the CRM system and track performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine outreach messaging and strategies.

Required profile

• Previous experience in lead generation, sales, or cold calling (preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Confidence in high‑volume outbound calling environments and resilience to rejection.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and manage time effectively.
