About the role
At Zimi, we enable fleets to adopt zero‑carbon electric vehicles through an integrated solution of vehicles, charging, energy and software. We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive our commercial growth by generating and qualifying B2B leads in the fleet and logistics sector.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and qualify inbound and outbound leads, conducting cold and warm outreach.
- Engage C‑level executives, fleet managers, operational leaders and heads of sustainability to understand their needs.
- Set introductory sessions and apply BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) qualification.
- Collaborate with sales engineers and account managers to create sales‑qualified leads.
- Hand over qualified opportunities for closing and maintain accurate records in Zoho CRM.
- Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and campaign performance.
- Track, measure and report on performance against targets.
- Travel to client sites and events as required.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in automotive, logistics or fleet solutions.
- Proven track record in lead generation, qualification and pipeline development.
- Comfortable engaging with C‑level executives and operational leaders.
- Data‑driven and analytical mindset; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Willingness to travel and a passion for sustainability, clean energy or electric mobility.
