About the role
As a Sales Dealership Advisor you will engage with potential and existing customers, drive sales and enhance the overall customer experience for OUTsurance’s dealership accounts. The role is performance‑driven and suited to individuals who embody the company’s values of awesome service, passion, honesty and humanity.
Key responsibilities
- Convert leads and quotes into sales while meeting minimum quantity and quality targets.
- Communicate with dealership account managers to align sales efforts.
- Guide customers through product options and assist them in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Conduct outbound telephone conversations to generate interest and secure sign‑ups.
- Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge to provide accurate information.
- Utilise persuasion techniques to close sales and achieve individual and team objectives.
- Handle customer calls and emails professionally and promptly.
Required profile
- Matric certificate.
- Completed FAIS Regulatory Exams (RE or full qualification).
- Previous call‑centre experience, preferably in telesales.
- Computer literacy.
- Strong selling, negotiating and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment.
- Team player with high integrity and stress tolerance.
