About the role
The Sales Cadet will support the automotive dealership’s sales team by handling the full vehicle sales process, generating leads and assisting customers throughout their buying journey.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with full vehicle sales processes
- Lead generation and calling of leads
- Cold calling and dealership prospecting
- Assist with vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Prepare quotations, handle paperwork and sales administration
- Maintain accurate CRM/DMS records and follow‑up enquiries
- Support marketing events and customer follow‑ups
Required profile
- Matric (Grade 12) qualification
- Valid driver’s licence
- Professional appearance with a recent colour photo
- Previous sales or customer service experience (advantageous)
- Good computer literacy
- Excellent communication and telephone skills
- Target‑driven, energetic and outgoing personality
- Willingness to work weekends, public holidays and dealership events
