SAICA Traineeship in Accounting, Tax & Advisory – George

About the role

We are seeking a CA(SA) student for a SAICA traineeship that provides broad exposure to a diverse client base, direct access to senior partners, and a supportive environment focused on skill development. This permanent learnership contract is based on-site in George, offering hands‑on experience across audit, tax and advisory services.

Key responsibilities

• Perform and execute assigned tasks to gain exposure required by the SAICA Training Program.
• Plan, execute and finalise audits according to the audit plan.
• Conduct independent reviews and prepare annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS.
• Compute corporate, trust and individual tax liabilities under the Income Tax Act.
• Complete income tax returns via SARS e‑filing for companies, trusts and individuals.
• Calculate provisional taxes for companies, trusts and individuals.

What we offer

• Salary range R15 000 – R18 000 per month (depending on qualifications and experience).
