Reporting Financial Manager

About the role

Network Finance is seeking an experienced Reporting Financial Manager to join its Johannesburg North team. The role focuses on turning complex financial data into actionable insights that support strategic decision‑making across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver accurate financial and management reports.
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting cycle.
• Perform group‑level financial consolidations.
• Develop and maintain financial models for business planning.
• Extract, manipulate and analyse large data sets using advanced Excel.
• Identify trends, variances and key drivers, providing clear commentary.
• Conduct variance analysis against budgets, forecasts and actuals.
• Collaborate with finance and operational stakeholders to ensure data integrity.
• Continuously improve reporting processes and efficiencies.
• Provide ad‑hoc analysis and travel as required to engage with business units.

Required profile

• CA(SA), CIMA or AGA(SA) qualification.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, consolidations, budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable presenting financial insights to stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel when needed.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
