Remote International B2B Appointment Setter

About the role

KonSalesHire is looking for motivated remote appointment setters to support international B2B campaigns across technology, finance, consulting and other professional services. You will engage business professionals in markets such as the US, UK, Europe, Australia and Singapore, building real sales communication skills while earning based on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate conversations with prospects via phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Book qualified meetings for client businesses and confirm attendance.
• Follow up on missed or rescheduled appointments.
• Maintain accurate activity notes and updates in the CRM system.
• Provide courteous, non‑salesy outreach focused on creating quality conversations.

Required profile

• Fluent, clear English speaking ability.
• Comfortable conducting phone calls and virtual outreach.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently from home.
• Organized with strong follow‑up habits.
• Desire to increase earnings through performance metrics.
• Coachability and willingness to learn; prior experience in appointment setting or outbound calling is a plus.
