Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a proactive 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our Talentfinder team in Cape Town. In this role you will drive the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development and client relationship management to candidate sourcing, interviewing and placement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end 360 recruitment process, including business development, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing and placement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client organisations, understanding their talent needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Source candidates through multiple channels, conduct interviews and assess suitability.
• Negotiate offers, close placements and support smooth onboarding.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and team targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant or in a similar full‑cycle recruitment role.
• Strong business development and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills.
• Results‑driven mindset with resilience and enthusiasm.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a high‑energy team.
